On February 17, a meaningful evening dedicated to the greatness of the art of kuy took place at the Ukili Ybyrai Akmola Regional Philharmonic. The concert entitled Tribute to the Great Kuyshi, dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the outstanding composer and People’s Artist of the Kazakh SSR Dina Nurpeisova, was presented by the K. Kumisbekov Kazakh Folk Instruments Orchestra and gave the audience a powerful spiritual uplift.

On February 10, the Akmola Regional Philharmonia named after Ukili Ybyrai hosted a musical café titled «Үнді әуендері».

Earlier this year, the Philharmonia’s creative teams participated in the Lakshminarayana Global Music Festival (LGMF 2026) in India, showcasing Kazakh national art on the international stage and expanding their repertoire with new works. At this musical café, they presented their collected musical treasures and fresh repertoire to the audience.
