On October 21, as part of the opening of the 79th concert season of the Philharmonic, a concert titled "Öz Elim" ("My Country") was held, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Kazakh composer, People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR and the USSR, Hero of the Nation, conductor, and virtuoso dombra player — Nurgisa Atabaevich Tlendiyev.
