The National Congress was established in 2022 by the decree of the President. The congress will discuss and resolve current issues of the country's development.

Previously, congress meetings were held in Ulytau, Turkestan and Atyrau, but this year they will be held in the earthly paradise of Borovoe. Creative groups of the Akmola Regional Philharmonic named after Ukili Ybray also took part in the concert program "Kupiyasy ashylmagan Burabay", dedicated to this important meeting of the IV National Congress for our country.
