May 28 at the Akmola Regional Philharmonic named after Ukili Ybyray as part of the Folk-Symphony Kokshetau festival, a concert of pop-jazz music was held.

A brass band led by artistic director and chief conductor Yernazar Urazalin and conductor Abay Akbuzhurov performed legendary jazz hits.

The program included the songs "My Way" by Frank Sinatra performed by "Madeniet kairatkeri" by Zhanat Esov, "Lullaby Of Birdland" by George Shearing performed by Elmira Kamarnitskaya, "Too Darn Hot" (Mat Amy) by Marina Zyablintseva, "Jazz alemi" by Nurlan Rakhimzhanov, as well as a saxophone solo performed by Natalya Serafimovich, Dayana Kenzhekeyeva and other compositions.

In the second part of the concert program, a special guest of the festival performed - the group "Saz & Soul" (Astana).

The folk song "Kerim - au aidai" was performed in an original manner, as well as author's works: "Syrgalym", "Makhabbat mangі ertegі", "Sarzhailau" and others.

To the accompaniment of a pop-brass band, the song "Sүgirdіn termesі" sounded.
