On January 29, a creative evening titled “Halyqtyn Sulu Sazdary” by traditional singer Sarsenbay Khasenov, holder of the title “Mädeniet Salasynyn Kasipodak Uzdigi”, took place at the Akmola Regional Philharmonic.
The concert program presented distinguished examples of Kazakh traditional music, emphasizing its artistic value and spiritual significance. Sarsenbay Khasenov performed works by Ukili Ybyrai, Akan Seri, Birzhan Sal, as well as the epic “Kenesary–Nauryzbai” by Nysanbai Zhyrau.
The evening also featured performances by Honored Artist of Kazakhstan Kapash Qulysh, cultural figures and state award holders, the “Ainakul” folk ensemble, the “Gakku” dance ensemble, and young talented performers, highlighting the continuity and promising future of national art.
