November 16, 3:00 PM The Symphony Orchestra will present to the audience the concert “Soundtrack.” Artistic Director and Chief Conductor — Zhanat Rashit. The concert program will feature soundtracks from legendary and world-famous films. On October 21, as part of the opening of the 79th concert season of the Philharmonic, a concert titled "Öz Elim" ("My Country") was held, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Kazakh composer, People's Artist of the Kazakh SSR and the USSR, Hero of the Nation, conductor, and virtuoso dombra player — Nurgisa Atabaevich Tlendiyev. The event featured the Kazakh Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after K. Kumisbekov.

On September 24, a concert titled "Qaldyrǵan änim amanat" ("The Song I Left is a Legacy") was held at the Akmola Regional Philharmonic named after Ükili Ybyrai. The event was dedicated to the 165th anniversary of one of the founders of the Arkalyk vocal tradition and an outstanding talent who left an indelible mark in the history of Kazakh art — Ükili Ybyrai.
